CV300 ceramic tile adhesive, for gluing tiles, ceramics, porcelain, natural and artificial stones on all cement, stone, brick, ceramic, plaster, etc. surfaces on floors and walls in indoor and outdoor environments (building facade) is used. In addition, you can use this product on surfaces with a heating system, balconies, patios, swimming pools, plaster surfaces, plasters, plaster blocks, light concrete and old masonry.
Application
This glue is used for gluing tiles, ceramics, porcelain, natural and artificial stones on all floor and wall surfaces in the interior and exterior of the building.
instructions:
First, clean the target area from any dust particles, grease, etc.
Then pour the amount of 4-5 liters of water into a container with a capacity of 20 kg and slowly add the contents of a bag of single component powder adhesive to it.
After that, mix it slowly with a hand mixer until you get a homogeneous dough.
Let the obtained mixture rest for about 10-15 minutes until it becomes thick and then stir again.
After that, you can apply the mixture on the surface using trowel number 6 and install the tiles.
Installation on the old tile:
In case of installation on old tiles, the glaze of the lower surface must be scratched at least to the extent of the old tile surface.
Installation on plaster:
Before installing on plaster surfaces, three quarters of the plaster surface must be scratched and then a special primer layer should be applied or rubbed on the plaster surface using a brush or gun.
Consumption
The consumption of this glue is about 3 to 5 kg per square meter according to the surface under work.

Storage: Keep in +10 to +40 C, away from heat, humidity and direct sunshine.
