Scope glue is based on two-component epoxy resins without the need for solvents and has high resistance. In order to install ceramic or stone on the outer walls or at a height, you must use a scope.

Scoop (tile fastener) is attached to the back of the tile using Epofix 230 Scoop glue, which cannot be separated or torn off by normal pressure, and high adhesion strength is created between metal and ceramic or stone.

In order to install ceramics on external walls or at a height, you must use a scope (tile fastener). There are different ways to use the scope (fixing tiles).

In some methods, the scoop (tile fastener) must be attached to the back of the ceramic, in order to connect the metal scoop (tile fastener) behind the ceramic or stone.

You must use a special glue for it. Scope glue (tile fixing) Epofix 230 of Vestashimi company has been designed and produced for this purpose.

Method of Use

1- First, clean and clean the desired work surface from all types of pollution, grease, dust particles, dirt, cement, etc. and make the polished surfaces rough and scratched.

2- Mix the two components completely with the ratio listed on the package so that it is completely homogenized and a uniform mixture is obtained.

3- To connect the scope (tile fastener), we pour about 10 grams of Epofix 230 mixed glue in the desired place and place the scope (tile fastener) on it and cover the area around the scope with glue.

4- It is better to use the scopes on the desired surface after 24 hours of installation.

5- The desired surface for gluing the scoop (tile attachment) must be free of moisture.

6- The suitable temperature for installing the scope (fixing tiles) is between +20 and +40 degrees Celsius.

7- This glue has a temperature tolerance of -40 to +120 degrees Celsius and can be used in all weather conditions of Iran.

It is mandatory to follow the specified ratio for mixing components A and B.

Use gloves and a mask while working.
